First , call CS , then email and call non stop until they reply and investigate .Sometimes , their system will auto banned even a slightly problem like
6 household at sales day use
same 15% voucher buy different item with
same IP wifi address.This already will case the system to automatically put into blacklist.
To undo the banned , call CS and provide your 6 household IC to them and they will lift it.Because of covid cases high , even some friends i know don't even dare to go out even speedmart99 they avoid , milo , maggi and all canned food also buy online.The cases of covid increasing and tomorrow will announce new SOP at certain state maybe mco on that area too.
but shope should inform 1st , not just banned , they should email buyer if they suspect some problem before straight banning.If something like seller refund on fake/spoil goods delivery how ? Buyer got banned , and guarantee days is still counting.How to dispute or report button when buyer gets banned.
At lease allow buyer to login to account but disable buyer from buying at the meantime until the problem is solve.Not just block the login.

As for now I don't think shope losing money.Maybe before MCO they are losing a bit revenue but not now.
This time both laz and shope will earn back even more1.Because MCO , people just buy whatever item even it's expensive ( mask , sanitizer , foods and etc ).Don't forgot both also charge commission on seller.
2.We can average , out of 100 buyer ,maybe less than 40 buyer know how to use voucher and voucher + free shipping is so complicated in shope.
3.Now most seller are charge 13% commission on a product or a rm87 item need to sell at rm100 ,
voucher only max 10% discount or sales 15-18% max with capped but most of buyer will surely buy extra rm100 because no item is straight rm100, some will be rm105 , rm111 or higher.
If max capped is rm100 max 15% 1.5k coin , if you buy rm170 you only get 1.5k coins so you will lose 200 coins.It's very hard to aim at the exactly amount.
This is what we call an accumulation of rm1 can be a large profit if there are 1 million buyer do doesn't care about rm1.

If TS really know well the seller shop , just buy from the seller straight and don't go through shope.
