Lately i see there are few units need to sell out, anyone know what happen?

I plan to buy a unit there, need to know what happen before decide the next.

I just moved in this year. So far, I really love this condo. Quiet and walking distance to train station and you can do grocery easily. Well, true alot of lots on sale due to pandemic (having liquid is important during this time).

Is this condo still worth buying in 2023? Subsale price is around 400-500k, with this amount is that better to get a new condo?
