Have 2 parts, rumawip and bebas.

Developer is lsh33.

Walkable to mrt station but not that near, might sweat a lot.

Cleanliness, manners and mentality aside. These people are not used to paying monthly maintenance.

300 units is 25% out of the total units available.

If lets say a JMB requires at least 60% of owners to pay a month to operate, you are only left with 15% 'tolerable' maintenance default from other purchasers. Quite thin if you ask me. Sinking fund sure always used up like this.

There are two towers altogether, rumawip only have around 400units, and another tower isn't rumawip also 400 units, so will be 800units around.

300k still want be so picky meh? One tower 400 units for me is low dense ald compared to RC or MVertica.

And this is different from the news mentioned above.

From what I know, this condo only available to new buyer not the residents who stay in the old flat above.

For ownstay if u are cheras kaki familiar around with leisure mall then u will like this surely, don't expect walk to mrt la, this location is good easy accesible to KL PJ and Kajang so drive your car loh

If this net price rm300k with 3R2B NEW project at Taman Segar/ Bukit Segar also can't satisfy you then I wish u good luck looking ur 10/10 property at cheras (which is impossible LOL) but now u wan buy also cannot ald small chance, now gotta be on waiting list as 300+ units ald got reserved in 4 days , now ald 1 week so I guess finished

Not atas enough ma. Salary can only afford 300k but project doesn't look lavish enough so later post on insta or red book when signing spa, not enough face.

Then proceed to buy high density bird cage hotel suite, looks more sophisticated and dreaming of renting out as airbnb.

When vp, and check airbnb, 500 units airbnb at the same time, then everyone throw prices.

Airbnb rental only can cover toilet instalment. sweat.gif
