how if you are staying in a highrise building.. you will need a lift access card to goto ur unit.. if u default in paying ur maintenance fee, ur lift access willl be barred..

I will take bicycle lol it's a downhill road... Anyway it's a strategic location... Can't complaint much with those price.

Taking a bicycle means there's a need of parking space.
Anyway, price-wise is good.
