Would like to ask, what's the price for wall partitioning using Gypsum board, per sq ft?
What about if include sound proofing materials?

Gypsum board material cosr pretty cheap. Like 15 20 per sheet..dep on size n thickness.
The killer will be transporr charges as 4x6 or 4x8 sheets need lorry trip due to its size.

Soundproofing eg rockwool slab is possible but rockwool cost about 80 per 2x4ft slab.

usually it's between RM4~6, depends on height and total area. Both side partition with metal stud, plastered joint. Sound proofing add about RM3~6, depends on type and quality of material

Size usually 4' x 8' or 9', thickness 9mm, 12mm, 15mm, 18mm and 24mm. Quality of metal stud plays an important role.

material price depend on thickness as well.

for installation there will also be min sqft area.. generally around 5-6 bucks psf for min MOQ of 400-500sf
