hello, may i ask some questions, if i want to sync the device with my laptop, using microsoft outlook 2007, can i do it?

if there is only one email account, i know how to do it, but if there is multiple account, can i do it?

my main concern is to sync the contacts, i have few sets of Contacts in my outlook 2007, but i dunno how to send all contacts to the phone. can anyone here guide me to do so? thank you.

may i know where how to save new theme into the phone? where should i copy the file? thanks
