I won a KS20 from lucky draw. The phone have nice classic design.
I bought a kingston microSD (class 4) and the phone does not support 4gb & above. So i patch it

How to patch:
-Copy SDHC.cab and Certs.cab to your pda
-Install SDHC, when prompt for soft reset - Click No
-Connect pda to PC with USB cable provided (make sure Active Sync 4.5 installed)
-Access pda file directory and locate 'Windows' folder
-Paste the 2 .dll file in \windows > overwrite 'Yes'
-Install Certs.cab
-Turn off pda and insert your MicroSD 4Gb SDHC Class 4
-power on to take effect.
-You're Done.

I manage to copy the 2 .dll files from the above steps without using 3th party apps.

The camera good & color nice very well processed if compare to all other 2mp pda/palm.
I did a compare with Sony Ericsson W960i and LG KU990 Viewty, they cant beat KS20.

That's the pda phone i'm looking for that have all the features better than normal phone which limited features.
I dont really likes HTC, O2, or HP Ipaq.
