i'll getting my Ks20 tomorrow. Currently i'm using window mobile as well, just wonder if i active sync the KS20 with lap top will all the currently contact that i saved in my laptop automatically transfer over?

while i am still waiting for my KS20 to arrive at my door step, wonder how do i keypad lock the phone?

How come KS20 don't come with the keypad lock function? The on/off switch is it purely to switch on and off, unlike my antique O2 mini on off switch which can lock off the screen.

hmm...how to delete contact in the phone at one go? If Not through active sync.

hmm....feel so weird. How come after i install htc task manager and htc "X", it will display in setting there but when i select on it, it just nothing happen? I already restart and tried removed and reinstall. But nothing good....any idea guys?

how to hard reset? I read in the manual volume down + call + power button, but how come nothing happen? Press it during the phone is completely off or what? help please

any software to make the sms key in like nokia T9? currently i dislike wm keypad t9 which need to choose the word from the list. i prefer nokia using * key to choose the correct t9 wording. Sifu, any software for this application?

something similar except for the choosing correct wording part, i want able to choose the wording that i want by pressing some key instead by touching the list shown to select.

Any Spb Mobile Shell V3 user here? After i installed it on the device storage, i can't turn on my camera. Its say memory not enough but there is still 26MB left. One more issue is sometimes the device will just turn on itself.

but the memory still left around 27mb, still insufficient for the camera application?

after i hard reset the phone, WM prompt me to align the screen but i fail to get pass this stage, i done so many times yet still stuck here....what happen to the WM? anyway to jump over this stage?

my ks20 internal lcd cracked after my long hour flight, must be the screen pressed against the hand supporrt there
now is there any where to repair the screen? or should say is it worth to get it repaired?
