see, you also think Sony's game library for PS3 is small. I got consider XBOX360 but the type of games are not what I'm used to play. I'm loyal towards Grand Turismo, Resident Evil, Final Fantasy, Metal Gear Solid, God of War series...and other 1-time mumbo-jumbo they might throw into the PS console. These titles are coming out next year and I may get the PS3 then, or a few months later.

XBOX360's games are not really the arcade-style with story games I like most. Don't misunderstand me, Gears of War, The Darkness, Halo 3, Call of Duty 3...they're all bloody good games too...but its still not what I like or follow.

In addition - SIXAXIS is wireless and the damn XBOX control is wired

but if you get the ps2, its actually hard to find old great title games like they use to...isn't it?

Recently my mom threw away all my ps2 games over a slight miscommunication .

I went to Sg. Wang to purchase a few old / newer games and i had no problems getting them .

The matter of wether buying a ps2 is worth it or not is pretty clear cut . Its dirt cheap now, and u can buy a ps2 game for something like 3 - 4 buck a piece.

Buy it for now and play to your heart content while waiting for the ps3 to be more value for money.

forget about ps 2 man ! no more well known games coming out for it ... All moving towards ps3, FF, Resident Evil, god of war, shadow of colossus etc etc ... u will regret buying it now. Better save for ps 3

i only bought ps2 from lowyat forumers 5 months ago.. no regret.. got so many great game that i wanna play n i dont think im gonna bored with ps2. Maybe it takes 5 years for me to play all the game i like unless i play 24hours everyday...
