Any hiccups for first withdrawal into Sg bank? Did they ask for bank statement etc?  thanks in advance

No hiccup

Yes need to provide bank statement in your name for first withdrawal

Addition : Made the 2nd withdrawal to my DBS today and money received in 3 minutes.

I just print screen the cimb webpage that states my name and account number in a single page.

No hiccup. Very fast.

I can say I successfully received the Singaporean moo moo aapl share a few years ago. Imagine I am a Malaysian, there must have been thousands based in Singapore itself.

Yesterday (1/4/2024) i complained by email in the morning. At 17:45 I complained via Whatsapp, and at 18:00 they change my free share to arriving. I guess its working.

I have a slow poke referral friend, he deposited 8k mid of last month and didn't even claim the reward. Yesterday he complained and they re-enabled the reward in his account and now he has to wait till 1/5/24...lol at least they don't do the hanky panky.

Wah think your friend is the only one that deposit and don't claim for feebies haha..
Moomoo was kind to him to allow him to claim the rewards last minutes haha...
This Moomoo is licensed by SCM one la..don't think will have hanky panky la..
Any issues just bring it up to their CS lo..

Free things are never ever guaranteed. So I shouldn't have used the term hanky panky but more dilly dally lol. I used MooMoo when it was registered under singapore PLC and it was a smooth experience.

I'm just far too spoiled by IB and Etrade having near zero fees and fractional holdings to be sucked in to using Moomoo on a long term basis. It is a pretty useful platform tbh and if I need to buy Malaysian stocks I will use it for sure.

I only own less than RM6000 worth of Malaysian stocks directly.

Bought, the value of assets become less than rm8000 on certain days. Hence would
I still be eligible fr the free apple share?

a few posts back - The answer is yes. But, why not add a RM100 or more just to be safe?
