Where do you see Instant Transfer? I can only do IBG transfer when I click the deposit button in MooMoo app. I transferred money from my Maybank to MooMoo Maybank account yesterday and the money is still not in. This is making me slightly nervous whether I have been scammed. There is no record of the deposit on app whatsoever, not sure why the app cannot FPX.

In CIMB click, theres an option either you wanna transfer via IBG or Instant

My deposit just got reflected, however can't find the banner to unfreeze the Apple share timer.

No more Apple share promo now?
*
Account > Check (Apple Share) > Records > Unfreeze > u SHOULD be able to see the timer

BrightDays u can try but very hard
No point having Sg phone number. Because if you are a Malaysian resident, moomoo will not allow it even if you have a Sg phone number

Aiayhh, so mafan, nvm la then... thanks yahhhh

ipohps3 for every RM1000 that you trade, you have to pay RM1 malaysian stamp duty.

so $10k = RM47,450, you have to pay RM48 (round up to nearest RM1000) aka $10.11 in stamp duty

I believe this applies to all the SC-regulated brokers right ?

Haven't been in the forum for months until today and I see a notice for me. Guess its because Medufsaid quoted me? Talk about timing, lol.
Anyway. after a lot of headaches managed to open it but I really can't remember how I did it as I tried many different things repeatedly for quite a while. Didn't report it because was also facing some problems elsewhere concurrently which shifted my attention. No point opening in Singapore. Moomoo Singapore commissions for Malaysians are expensive especially the options.

my question is why need user to pay 8k beforehand, not why they give out apple shares to attract people
seems like people like you can't comprehend simple question sheesh

I guess they *MAY POSSIBLY* use the funds deposited by the people to invest in investment instruments like MMF. With that, they may able to offset their 'loss' (marketing expenses) on giving out the Apple Shares. At the same time, promotions like 0% commission for the first 6 months may further attracting more customers.

+ we do not know when FUTU bought the Apple Shares, maybe with a lower price years ago.

ANYWAY, its just my guessing.
