I would assume once you hit those highest tier for bonus rate, it won't be offer again for the near future.

As for your son's account, weekly bonus reset on every Monday. So there's no need to wait if it's not showing on Monday. Just withdraw the 10k and check for next weekly bonus and ya, no interest for funds inside universal account.

Alternatively can enable Smart Save to move the money from universal account there while waiting for the new round of weekly bonus? Unless of course there's another MMF out there with higher return.

Now 1pm already still not able to exchange to usd. almost T+2

You withdraw after 12pm means that day is not considered. They will only process the next day, which means today is only T+1.

This would mean today is T+1. The when can I ised the money? End of the day?

I'm new to Cash Plus so question might appear silly.

I moved my MYR fund into Cash Plus on the 14th 7am. The app says return generated on the 15th 10am.


However, when I check the Cash Plus return calendar, there's still nothing shown.


Did I miss any step or it's just a matter of being patient?

It will be updated later. Some funds like Eastspring doesn't credit daily. Maybe once every two days.

go to the rewards section to check, there is an "unfreeze" date shown. Before the unfreeze date you cannot transfer out any cash from your moomoo account.

but you can use the deposit to do anything inside moomoo, this includes buy stocks, cashplus account, foreign currency conversion, etc.
