I have been facing a problem with a bad tenant who always breaking house rules.
She often makes NOISE with cooking during mid night and disturb me and other tenant's sleep.
Her bf comes here to stay during mid night. Door open & close loudly.
It always wakes me up and can't sleep for a while. Big stress.

I have reported management company few times but it doesn't work. Even though they warn her, she doesn't change.

I have 6months contract but want to leave from this unit soon!

What can I do?

Just leave and rent new place. No point argue with not civilised people.
