LOL i bet those engineers in 3rd party intel mobo makers must be jumping up and down in fury because their parts supplier turned from backstage crew to front stage crew

Previous high end mobo before Core they implement fan at voltage regulator especially gigabyte 975P and Abit OTES. They should continue that legacy and now Foxconn had start over.

When I saw the vdimm voltages, I was thinking about why Foxconn would want to come out with another legacy DDR mobo...... Until I noticed that it is for DDR2!!!! Guess this is another way of frying eggs..... This post has been edited by kmarc: Sep 1 2007, 08:40 AM

Apart from the interesting overclocking feature, aren't Foxconn mobos often come out buggy?

QUOTE(soulfly @ Sep 1 2007, 09:35 AM) Apart from the interesting overclocking feature, aren't Foxconn mobos often come out buggy? Don't know about buggy, since I doubt much people use Foxconn mobos here but apparently most European contries and US loves Foxconn brand.

Apart from being a good mobo physically, the real performance rely on BIOS implementation and how it gonna push the limit. For now maybe Foxconn dont have those expertise like ASUS, Gigabyte and DFI.
