Blood glucose high after surgery

I realize that my blood glucose is high after the surgery after checking my report now. Before the surgery, my blood glucose is 4.9 but one day after the my surgery, my blood glucose is 13.6. By the way, all this while, my fasting blood glucose around 5. Is there any concern on this?
