Old gamers, RTS fans should know this game, Age of Empires. The series will be revived with Age of Empires 4. It is set to release in Fall 2021.

There will be 8 playable civilizations at launch with more civs to come post-launch. 4 have been know so far, the Chinese, English, Delhi Sultanate and Mongols. Interestingly, The Delhi Sultanate have elephant units while the Mongols will have the ability to pack up and move their buildings and towns!

AoE4 will feature 4 campaigns. It will focus on improved and humanized historical accuracy.

Developers will continue to support modding community with tools to build modded versions.

I think I have not played AoE for more than a decade. A few days ago tried playing AoE 3 definitive edition.

Man, I forgot already everything. Need to learn back. If I'm up to it, I probably going to get this AoE4.

I played Age of Mythology last year
just felt like playing it again as an adult (only played as a kid with cheats)
so tried playing the correct way against AI, surely my brain is much better now than i was as kid

....
And couldn't win the game kek

but this AoE4 kinda looks like remake AoE2 lol
well if relic is involved im kinda slightly expecting different era (like WW1 or WW2) but then again Relic already made CoH/CoH2 for that


So basically Delhi is Wehrmacht with late game units
And Mongols are CoH1 Brits
oklah can take a look how relic balance this out

Old gamers should be able to catch up fast. AoE4 offers something new to its fanbase like us and attract newcomers.

Still waiting for news whether it will be available on Playstation and Xbox. But old gamers would surely play on PC with the keyboard and mouse

AoM is a very underrated game. I hope Relic would develop new AoM after this

This is like one of my first gaming experience during my childhood.

AOE, AOM, SC, CS were my childhood memories in the PC internet shop, hooking up to the LAN LOL.
