Primarily use would be for work related ;-
1) a lot of programming (JS & PHP), flowcharts and system design, will be running a lot of VMs as well and also some designing (photoshop),network related software.
2) Using for light gaming via thunderbolt (have an EGPU + Razer Core X)

I have narrowed down to the list in on the poll within budget and also feature (TB3/4 in this case).

Currently using a 13.3" Lenovo, but i find that the screen is small and also it throttles alot.
With throttlestop, locking @ 2.2ghz seems to be the stable region.

JUst want to know how many of you would prefer which model and why (optional)?

I dislike polls so here are my ques:
Your budget and wait time? Do you need convertible? Any preferences on weight and battery life?

1) Budget around 5-8k. Dell xps 17 is stretching though but the 17inch screen is very tempting.
2) Convertible would just be nice to have, optional.
3) Weight wise, anything less than 2kg (except the xps17), 4) Battery life wise, longer is better.

I didn't poll either,

Too bad Malaysia didn't bring in LG laptop, else, LG Gram 16 is a very good choice from your requirements. LG has great quality, and most important is their LCD usually pretty high quality.

anyway, just passing by and gave you some reply.

In the end, i went with the Illegear Arte 14, been using it almost a year now (Bought Sept 2021). One of the best laptop for its price range.

If anyone is looking for a 14inch laptop between 4k ish range, i would highly recommend this.
