while doing it, i found out the FAS Manager isn't working, so i asked the TS what's the problem. Meanwhile, i would want to get my phone back to its original state.

Anybody knows how to do it?

EDIT: actually my problem is that after pressing F11 and click on the sefp, it says unable to read something, and then it will unload the sefp, next it will close the FAR Manager.
