If you hit the divider at low speed, most of the time camber nuts change and alignment are enough.
However, you should try to drive at 80% of your usual speed and check for any weird behaviour coming from the car.
Here's a small list to refer from my experiences:
If you hear knocking when turning your wheel, your wheel bearing/ball joint/driveshaft might be damaged.
If your car bumping harder than usual, your shock suspension might be damaged.
If your car behaves dangerously like move to the right suddenly when turning left, your lower arm is fucked.
Still, all these are only for refer, you should get a experienced foreman to have them check for your car.
What if I don't want to change camber nuts and do any alignment?You will still be fine. However in long term, your tires will wear faster and cost you way more than the cost of doing an alignment earlier.

Maybe will try get alignment just in case...
