Went to KEB sales gallery last Sunday, interesting project near UTAR and C180.

Freehold
900 sqft
RM406,000 before discount
low dense 200+ unit

Anyone know about this project? Planning to get 1 unit for investment. Any comment?

Rm0.25 psf wor.. the project is apartment actually.. but comes with gym and swimming pool.

permata was however poorly build and now poorly maintained - KEB shall be better i reckon?

Again? This is neither Sungai long nor c180. Like those ads calling cochrane or Kampung Baru as Klcc. Utar?? Even the real Sungai long condos that are not within walking distance have no significant student demand let alone this. C180??? 12-15 minutes drive away at best, easily 20-25 in traffic as this location cannot access the Silk highway u-turn directly. If there was a fine for misleading ads the town councils would be rolling in money soon.

its more to the location itself rather than the quality haha, the guy mentioned it down there the main reason why the rental so low in this area even before MCO... and why utar cancel their contract with permata to build a block there exclusively for UTAR hostel

was a student at sg long and personally i wont even consider this place to rent... imagine going to sg long town for a dinner during rush hour will get u stuck in heavy jam

as long as u suka, nth to stop u for staying, u are surrounded by landed... the only view got block shud be the one facing permata residence (if any)

Taman Rakan 0 market value. If it's within Sg Long I consider, outside, then it's misleading. Don't waste 35 years on a misleading ad
