summore i remembee awhile ago, ppl where experimenting with Oil Cooling... when all components are in oil.
oil doesn't conduct electricity. but apparently oil has also lower thermal conductivity compared to water. unless you can find those oil based thermal conducting coolant. then you won't have any problems in short circuiting and also have good and efficient cooling. summore i remembee awhile ago, ppl where experimenting with Oil Cooling... when all components are in oil.
