yeah...almost triple weight of ifx14 shocking.gif
iianm,copper is the best heat conductor, but not the best heat spreader.
i think aluminium is better as a heat spreader.
correct me if i'm wrong.

it is also affected by the material used to make it.. If u compare a copper based heatsink and a aluminium one with same surface area the copper would better..
