I been trying to get in Dyson since last year. Just received email and need to do digital assessment before proceeding with the interview. Anyone have done it before, especially for design engineer position?

Not sure about the digital assessment, but during my interview session last year, I have to answer a written test in 45 minutes.

It was a technical test related to foundational knowledge related to your position.

The digital assessment is estimated to be about 40 mins, so I assume the technical test will be part of it. How many rounds of interview you had? What position and you got the offer?

Is there a Dyson office in Msia? I thought it's in Spore?

There should be a language test, math test, and an aptitude test (or virtual interview, cant remember)

I was offered Design Engineer position. So, my chronology:

1. Pre-screening phone chat by their Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP). Set for test/interview.
2. On the day itself, do 45 min technical test (written).
3. IV with one of their lead engineer. (supposedly the manager will also join in but during my time they are busy with production issues or something)
4. TAP follow-up on documentation.

Then the Covid-19 hits and my TAP announced that Dyson are freezing their hiring. But I still got their company updates from time-to-time through email. This gave me a little bit of hope.

But then the last time I checked, my TAP also got retrenched and the process sort of ended there.....

They started hiring again. Try give it a shot.

I currently waiting good news now from my TAP,
He said waiting for hiring approval, already 1 month now
the Iv until verbal offer was less than 1 week, so kinda expect the hiring process also fast lol.

Anyway, i got 2 friend which their TAP also retrenched in the middle of hiring process,
luckily other TAP step in & both of them working there now.
