If you don't mind the brand, actually I recently bought a i5-10200H+1650 laptop from Machenike last year on 12 Dec. So far, this laptop lived up to its expectation, no problem at all.

You can get RTX3060 + i5-10500H according to your budget. Clevo models, at least I think it is in quality assurance.
