If depends on who needs the other the most, if you don't want to pay annual fee, the bank will not waive your AF if you are not their target customer or high spender its like a neighbor in the taman who dont want to pay securities fees, then all other who is paying suffers
Those who pay annual fees are the one that needs the bank more, those who is heavily indebted or who always use their loan facility.
