Or Just use the Startup Disk Tool

Choose the correct partition and hit reboot and Mac will reboot to that partition

The Control key is just like F10 (For Drive selection) , you select which drive that you wish to boot from (i.e from CD , DVD , FireWire , USB Drive or Internal)
