How long it takes to reflect the cash in? It seems takes 5 days... means i lose 5 days interest right?

If I withdraw now, the booster 2% interest (fresh fund quest) won't get affected right? Then i deposit back tmolo, does the deposit count as 4.2% (new quest)?
