Done a cash in on 31/5/24, app showed complete by 5/6/24 11.59pm, until today money still not in yet. Contacted support in app using chat and still waiting for a reply. Do they have any number for us to call?

I just deposited into Versa Cash for the 4.2% quest. The status says "submitted" and notes "complete by 1/8/2025."
If the transaction only completes on 1/8/2025, will I still be eligible for the 4.2%? Is eligibility based on the deposit date or the completion date? |
