but Versa's 6% per annum is not like bank's calculation, because it's unit-trust based style.

I calculated the Total 2022 Payouts + Reinvestment is approximate half of 4% of my invested amount.

But i have never ask them exactly how it's calculated.

i use add all the 2022 reinvestment+bonus divide by principal amount (less than 20k) to get that 2%
Gross Interest p.a. seem to hover around 3.1% though
