I realised it's saying 4.0% p.a net return.
Is this net return meaning something?
no compounding daily?
for eg, 100k , 4% then 4k
4000/12  and hence 333.33 per month.
pls cmiiw
*
nothing new, existing base rate also on "net return rate"

meaning, the published rate is what you get after deducting relevant fees:

// Is the 3.2% p.a. net return rate before or after fees?

The 3.2% p.a. net return rate is after fees. This means that the rate has already deducted the Management fee of 0.3% & Trustee fee of 0.05% //

back to base rate lor...

Versa Cash base net return rate + promotion net return rate = Campaign Reward

2.5% p.a. + 1.5% p.a. = 4.0% p.a.

assuming no change to base after 31 Jan 2023.

Is it normal not to see earnings in transaction history? It just appears on the graph and as a whle under lifetime savings for Versa cash. As it is, hard to see if it tallies with the 3.5% they mentioned. Doesnt seem to be the case for now

Any referral code for versa? new here.

One question. I noticed the money stored is not protected by PIDM. What if one day they have a system glitch or got hacked, will my money be affected? Like e-wallets, I kena once where my money being reduced for no reasons.

if you cannot accept how versa manage your fund, then better go with PIDM products like FD instead

security of fund goes both way: you and service provider

most ppl doesn't even know the leakage came from them. it's easier to blame the other party

there are institution that help you on disputes, in this priority

1) always try to resolve from the service provider
2) if not satisfied, escalate to OFS for mediation
3) finally regulatory authorities like BNM

Hi all sifu, I deposit RM100 on 24 April and another RM 29,900 on 8 May 2023. If based on 4% interest, the total interest amount should be around RM 160 and above. I would like to ask how  Versa-i calculate the interest as I can see only RM 138.53 interest.
*
4% is not a straighforward grant to your account

Campaign Reward
= Net return of 4.0% p.a.
= Versa Cash-i base net return rate + promotion net return rate
= 3.17% p.a. (Based on historical performance in January on January 2023) + 0.83% p.a.
= 4.0% p.a.

Your returns from this campaign will be credited to your Versa Cash and/or Versa Cash-i account the following month, on a monthly basis.

what you see from the app is (current) base return. the promo return only credited (separately) next month.
