look at your units given vs amount invested lo
they invested "RM242" instead of my RM250 deducted from my bank account.

RM8 PPA is deducted on the 2nd year and subsequent years first deposit

Cannot consider like that lo... Yearly would be RM8/RM3000 = 0.267%

well... you can skip the RM8 by never deposit into the SAME PRS ever again.

it's 4.2% p.a. on FRESH FUNDS exclude Baseline funds

RM300k x 4.2% p.a. for 6 months = RM6,300 (but you'll typically don't see this figure in Versa)
