QUOTE(T09 @ Apr 16 2024, 03:30 PM)
So from May onwards, no more 4%? Only base rate of 3.77%?

Must setup auto debit RM500/mth so my money in cash/cash-i will have 4.77% p.a.? Did i understand this correctly?
*
the AUTO-DEBIt must be into Versa Invest (not Versa Cash/Cash-i)

11-Mar-24: RM1.00 - Campaign Bonus

The base interest i believe is reference to last month performance. If you have bonus then will be base+bonus. If no bonus then only get the base (last mth benchmark does not reflect current month).

From app update, Versa pays interest daily except weekend from what i observed. The weekend interest will be credited on Monday.
*
Versa cash does not pay daily interest actually....
It's like buying Unit Trust (which invest in Money Market Funds, MMF) but paid monthly around 25-28th of the month

i think they might also be using the 'EAR' method
the closest i could get
(1+0.0363/366)^365-1

basically non-working days since no one is updating the NAV or processing cash in/cash out
*
it's not at all...

Their Versa Cash is "unit trust" thus no fix per annum.
Don't use FD calculation style for Versa.

Contacted the support and was informed Maybank rejected the cashout. So Versa said they have deleted the bank details (which is correct, the same i used for cash in), and ask for another bank details.

But if it was rejected, why didnt it displayed that? Need to wait till 6/6?

Wasted 4 days earnings. Now the cashout button in under maintenance.
*
the reason of rejection ?

They said wrong account. And straightaway deleted that account. But it is the same as my cash-in account.

So will see if any problem with 2nd account, andhow long will it take since this is done via email.

Maybe the payee name not exactly same as your Versa account name

How come I calculate Versa Cash the daily interest given to me is around 2.99% per anum only?
Am I missing something?

Ex. RM 5000 give daily RM only 0.41, shuldn't it be around RM 0.50?
*
that type of calculation will not work for Versa

Treat Versa like Unit Trust in terms of calculating "returns"

My CAGR is merely 3.76% since I started investing in Jun 2021

I just see the incoming amount under transaction show 0.41 then i calculate with my deposit amount x % / 366 or 365.
It show diff amount, out of curiosity so I just ask here. biggrin.gif

Correct me if I am wrong, It seem like the Versa Save 3.67% is not guaranteed then.
Or is there a minimum promised % from Versa?
*
as I said you don't assume VersaCash like FD ...it's not. it's more like unit trust based on on NAV value

This [x % / 366 or 365. ] won't work... and VersaCash only credits new units (your earnings) close to end of the month.

Go to https://aham.com.my/invest-with-us/list-of-...etails?q=EDFHCF and refer to the Income Distribution chart

The easiest is to use this formula: Current NAV value / NAV value when you invested

Nominal effective rate: KDISave > AEON Bank > RIZE > Versa > GXBank

Investment (KDI SAVE, Versa Cash)
Savings (AEON, RIZE, GXBank)
