Same amount of metal frame/internal rack holding the body and the front landing wheel bay..black abs plastic to feel more durable but might be the paint application..

Differences
... all outer/exposed black plastic of SW (MP6) is painted instead of weathered washing and lined inking of the SS(MP3). This makes SW shinny and like a new jet while SS looks dull weathered fighter.
... absent of red and white stripping on the wings of SW. but purple white stripping available as stickers not painted on like SW
... different statement printed on below the cockpit
... all other differences relates to diff coloured plastics or paint app.

would have been nice if they included different weaponss so F-15 will be a bomber instead of a fighter.. or a two seater cockpit

metal on MP3/6 is non magnetic (non- Fe, Ni or Co) painted black or green.. and the little minimal chromed parts are plastics. prone to fadding

takara tomy Quality Control very bad.. my MP6 ...missing a shoulder skrew and a piece of plastic missing as a result..

A small plastic tab like thing held between the two piece of the shoulder parts that can spin around with a rectangle hole... maybe for shoulder mounted weapon or insert other weapons/bombs in plane mode... will scratch build the missing part.. from a block of black plastic

Tomy/takara version (actually Takara was not stated on the box)... just sticker slapped on to the hasbro box... toy is exactly the same... down to the spoken phrases...
only difference is the transformation instruction in Japanese... price similiar to the retail US Hasbro version, through google price..

no battle mask... no die cast... no clear windows.. no difference

personal rant... design wise.. could be done much better.. wrist twisting not present... at least two parts jointed fingers instead of one ... body too boxy, no neck, neck to shoulder area just flat..

rx-8 rotory engine 1.3L fuel drinker// highr rpm.. engine may over heat in Malaysia weather... CBU maybe cheaper at around 100% (up to 165% for above 3L) tax because of the 1.3L engine.... 120 to 150k RM????

about the video pt 2: 360 degrees ... back to the same starting point... 180 is the direct flip

since some people are posting their 1:1 scale of transformers based cars...

here is mine, 3rd generation hilux surf a.k.a. 4runner, great-grand-son of 1983 gen1 transformer Trailbreaker, hilux with hardtop...

the Subarus, RX-8, toyota BB, honda S200 even the Hummers H1 and H2 are plentyful and cheap in Japan...
