My gf was using Maxis Surfmore 50 (RM50 for 5GB data, calls and sms charged separately) before she decided to port out. Shortly after she replied to Maxis port out sms, Maxis called her to offer RM58 plan (10GB data and unlimited calls & sms) which cannot be found on Maxis website! She rejected and insisted to port out since Maxis network is getting poorer.

I got this offer as well but found out it’s only valid for six months. They then offered me the RM40 8gb data plus 8gb YouTube, which I don’t really need...was debating to take it but then realized I’ll still be tied to the shitty Maxis network. pduff_06 liked this post

Yup rm10 rebate for six months...Rm40 plan 8gb+8gb i think is the hotlink postpaid plan...didnt know they can downgrade maxis postpaid to hotlink postpaid...maybe they're struggling to keep customers from porting out |

ya i am being offered to this hidden plan. no contract no tie in period. i am currently on maxis 188 and getting same exact offer as TS
still decided to port to digi though. maxis network is getting worst by each day after morten lundal departure. |
