Anyone wonder how public university in malaysia have high ranking as compare to other oversea famous university? Is it really that case? For example base on qs world university ranking, University of malaya ranked 59 is somehow higher than famous University like Brown University, University of Wisconsin Madison, university of Warwick, UT Austin, NTU (Taiwan) and Uwashington.
