QUOTE(frankzane @ Aug 31 2021, 06:14 PM) Hi, The dividend should go straight into your bank account, unless you opt for DRIP (Dividend Reinvestment Plan) which is offered by certain shares to replace the dividend being given in the form of additional shares.. Example of shares that provide DRIP would be AXREIT, Maybank etc..Sorry newbie here. Would like to ask for dividend we receive, is it going back into our share or into our preferred bank account? Between Insurance and Agricultural/Milling/retail industry, which one is more suitable for dividend investor?
Both companies are major player in their respective industry. The major different are diversification, dividend yield, net debt, net assets, margin. |

For dividend yield it is better for you check the dividend track payout record by company rather than looking into industry Both companies are major player in their respective industry. The major different are diversification, dividend yield, net debt, net assets, margin. But by far Insurance would have stable dividends payout unless major disasters happens |

QUOTE(xander83 @ Oct 7 2021, 09:04 PM) Not all but majority with commercial estates will hit about 70% will be badly affected but 1 thing is good is they have sufficient cash buffer to mitigate the risks Only hospitality and mall reits were hit badly. As for geographical, there are Aussie, Euro, China, US, UK properties listed. |
