Hi, I have an Acer Swift 5 for normal work but realise it is very warm when doing normal tasks like watching youtube. The whole body is quite hot and the performance is not very good. Is it normal for an i5-1035G1 CPU with MX250 GPU? I didn't expect that it could not run Fall Guys smoothly even at low settings. Already tried to format the laptop once and the heating issue is still there. Is it because that thin and light laptop always come with bad thermal control?

QUOTE(Kairyu @ Apr 15 2021, 11:41 AM) I'm using Acer too. Have you dropped an email to ama.acercare@acer.com so that the Acer care team can further check and diagnose on the laptop? My experience with them is quite pleasant. I will need to deliver my laptop to them for diagnosis?

I'm having an Acer too, and I never encountered heat issues with it
