 Probiotics for weak tummy (stress related)

I need to get my stress levels down but I don't think that's going to happen anytime soon, so the only option would be to strengthen my gut. There are plenty of probiotics out there, but is there anything specific for stress related discomfort? Does it even work that way?

Sorry to hear this TS, unker also had gastric relapsed during covid time. But unker learned that not to depend on medication for stress related issue unless it is cronic. Unker last time take muscle relaxant drugs for this but doctor does not advise me to take too much, neither does the doctor gave me much.

Unker share abit on what works for unker last time, unker pickup another hobby that engage unker mind and body. Jogging and training for marathon, this is trained unker to focus on unkers thought and not to get distracted. Add oil ya TS! You can do it, find something new to invest your time on and good luck on battling stress.

Unker share experience with TS, unker had lost of love one, when penniless and jobless with debts, unstatisfactoty job and father issue, all in a span of 1 year. Unker had though of life is hard, but unker finally realized that we choose to think that our life is hard. Life is way more enjoyable when you changes your view on certain things, let go of the stubborn view that causing you unnecessary stress, focus on making yourself happy first before others and 1more very important lesson is that never carry past negative emotion with you but instead accept what had happened and use that energy to walk the future.

Unker 2 cents nia, hope TS can find a way to a stressful life. Remember monday can be a golden day instead of blue. Add oil TS

Good to hear this TS, unker suppork jiu. Another thing is allergy, just came accross unker's subpar mind. Food allergy or any other external source like chemical such as perfume or deodorant..
