As a reminder, working in a team is sometimes hard because of the different views and it's hard to come to a resolution when things happen..
Therefore, it's not suitable to work with teams when it comes to stock market, which is fast pace..

wat i mean by team up is something sounds like this ... d virtual money is split to half or more. d team consist of intraday/day trader n investor... d investor do research n invest d money accordin to his/her appetite( must ensure that they can hit their TP b4 d end of d competition) n intradday/day trader trade everyday..

Even in forex trading, working in a team is quite hard since everyone have their own analysis and views and they have to agree to each other or there wont be a single trade

I agree with single cause peoples' views tend to be diffrent from each other. Take DOTA as example. LOL.

Well here is another idea for team work which doesn't really clash that much. Lets say you have 5 people in a team. 1 will look into macro view of what is going on. Then from the macro view the next guy can decide on which industry to enter. Then another 2 ppl can look into which stocks in the industry to pick. Lastly the 5th guy can confirm whether it is technically alright to enter.

Of course between processes all 5 can discuss but the one handling that particular stage has the last say over things.

Still will clash right unless the team coop very well then should be no problem. Ie: close friends/families.
