Yes, but the 2 are separated by a hill. See photo. The ciq is located behind the hill (arrow in red)

How much is the corner unit? The extra land size varies or the same for all corners?

Varies. The corner i got was 554k before discount. Extra 18.5 feet land width.

Freehold. My 2 loans approved!

This developer is quite traditional.when you book they will give you a copy of the individual title of the unit. To show you and your financier that individual title already issued so you have nothing to be concerned about smile.gif

U getting a unit here?

Lets beautify this D Laman Kundang. I have previously landscaped my previous residence and now BU2. All in all, i together with the RA planted more than 900 trees in damai perdana cheras and now the current residence at BU 2.

If we make it as nice as Gamuda Gardens (really doesnt cost a lot just need fellow residents to support), people will look at this equitably with Gamuda Gardens esp this is freehiold, a gem amongst the thorns.

Will also ask the developer on their landscape plans. Though no park, we can create pockets of greens at every corner.

Am not a landscaper but a lawyer. But really passionate about changing bare environments to pockets of green. It really does wonders to make a place liveable at nominal costs which developers are charging a premium for. A 20x70 rm436k vs a 20x65 Gamuda Gardens RM670k. Go figure.

for me the most important aspect will be security and safety. really hope there is a fencing and cctv even the project is at highland

the gamuda price at this was due to 200m spend to opend up the highway connectivity plus bigger land size and built up.

Yup, definitely there will be fencing as mentioned earlier. But cctvs wont be there. Residents can sponsor that. Not expensive.

GG Illaria 20x 65 built up is a little bigger 1639sf vs 1517sf (20x70) (D Laman Kundang).

Anyway not fair to compare GG and DLK as both are different products. If they are not next to each other, I'd never have dared to compare wink.gif

This is non bumi price or bumi price after rebate?
May I know how big of the land? Future will have the bigger link house size like 22x75?

Non bumi price. Before discount. 7% for early birds.

This is the last phase of Tan&Tan. Only 20x70.

Lets hope the developer turn this into an iconic boutique development- its just a matter of ensuring sufficient trees to be planted in clusters at the entrance, every corner and every small spaces. This will also substitute the lack of a playground/park in this development. Developer will also be able to call out as a green developer. Think Singapore- from its original theme as Garden in a City to its current theme-City in a Garden.
