Okay it's been nearly 3 hours since I'm facing this issue of Authentication Fail with Maxis.
Bill already paid and even negative lol. ![]() ![]() I even try swapping with the provided TP-Link Archer router and it still failing with the same error. ![]() Asking here first before I attempt calling Maxshit CS. Don't think it matters but location is SS 18 area. |

U need call maxis.. It's seems authentication failed. Their server reject your ID password.

Sigh I'll give them a call. It works fine until 3pm just now when there is no internet and it prompted me to check with the router log. All my experience dealing both Unifi and Maxis CS is just stress inducing. jusbella liked this post

When session hang, best to power off everything for 15minutes or more. If still persist, then only call to resolve. Just ask them to check session hang.
