CEKD is an investment holding company while its subsidiaries are principally involved in the manufacturing of die cutting moulds and trading of related consumables, tools and accessories.
IPO comprising public issuance of 50,590,000 new ordinary shares in CEKD :-
9,729,000 Shares, representing 5.0% of our enlarged share capital, are made available for application by the Malaysian Public
9,729,000 Shares, representing 5.0% of our enlarged share capital, are reserved for our eligible Directors, employees and persons who have contributed to the success of our Group under the Pink Form Allocations.
11,675,000 Shares, representing approximately 6.0% of our enlarged share capital, are reserved for private placement to selected investors.
19,457,000 Shares, representing 10.0% of our enlarged share capital, are reserved for private placement to Bumiputera investors approved by MITI

Eh, first time to know that the IPO price could be change from MITI Term Sheet. New knowledge learnt, previously Samaiden had a IPO price range between 0.45 to 0.50 in its term sheet. Then it was fixed at 0.48 during IPO. This time CEKD's IPO price was at RM0.36 in MITI Term Sheet but it changes to RM0.48.  |

So apparently I didn't read the prospectus properly. Management run by 2 males 2 females. Very balance gender mix. I approve.
