I wanted to know whether intalling SPC flooring, water heater voids the DLP.

Anyone knows any other renovations that voids DLP?

If just install grills and lights and fans, means we still can claim within that 3 years ?

If purchaser change the facade of a particular area, dlp will normally void that area.

Eg ...

1. If you remodel the master room bath, dlp will void that area for leakages, plumbing and electrical.

2. If you reposition existing electrical points or add new

Yes, usually these won't void.

Once there is knocking, it is very grey issue. it is subject from developer to developer. Some will void by area, some will total void.
