Hi guysss, how do I renew passport in KL? I tried the online method and it says that "CAP JARI ANDA YANG TERSIMPAN TELAH ROSAK ATAU TIADA DAN PERLU DILAKUKAN PENGAMBILAN SEMULA SUPAYA TIDAK AKAN ADA MASALAH SEMASA PENGGUNAAN CAP JARI DI PINTU MASUK/KELUAR. PERMOHONAN TIDAK DAPAT DITERUSKAN, SILA RUJUK PEJABAT IMIGRESEN." So do I just go to any UTC to do it? Any differences in terms of the places I go to? Thanks (: Upah (NSFW): |

Only can renew if you got letter stated you need to go oversea to work. If not duduk diam2 at your home

I renewed 1 child passport and made new for another child in UTC, october 2020.
No need purpose letter, but need to set up appointment - which I was not advised by counter when I scouted the day before. That caused major hassle when I arrived all prepared but without appointment. Immigration lady was accomodating to help me set up 2 appointments on the spot. We were the 2nd and 3rd passport-makers of the whole day 3pm+. |
