I renewed 1 child passport and made new for another child in UTC, october 2020.

No need purpose letter, but need to set up appointment - which I was not advised by counter when I scouted the day before.
That caused major hassle when I arrived all prepared but without appointment.
Immigration lady was accomodating to help me set up 2 appointments on the spot.

We were the 2nd and 3rd passport-makers of the whole day 3pm+.

errrr..... scared NK missile rain down, need to become documented refugee?

Anyone tried to renew passport recently? I wanted to make appt but the earliest is May???

some places already allow walk-in

just try your luck at UTC tomorrow

i've been entering to so many govt offices without making any appointments at all for the past few months

Travelled all the way to UTC and was halau by guard (dressed properly, no slipper, arrive 730 and 1st in the line)... To whoever reading this thread, just make your appointment
