Yes you are correct its the dealership's problem now and whether insurance will cover this case is anyone's guess or how is the dealer going to resolve this with the SA is anyone's guess too but who cares.

I remember reading something like Proton will send a new X50 to customer again once the paperwork is completed. However it did not specify if the same dealership would be involve or a new dealer.

Here comes the interesting part, I've read somewhere that insurance party might not get involved either since the accident took place at night which does not fall in the hours of operation and add in the saucy details of Karak etc etc, if you insurer you want to accept this ke ?
