get a windows 10 pendriver, then choose option to repair your windows(do not install windows10). see this works not?

if not work, then refresh your system.

if still not working, then if your laptop is brand lenovo, then try to get recovery disk image from lenovo website.

if other brand, i do not know liao...

Hmm windows 10 pen driver means download windows 10 into the pen drive?

I tried to restore the laptop, erasing everything. But once I click in it freezes up

reinstalled using this. you need a blank pendrive. you need to know backup first before you reformat.

oh gosh... my real identity exposed.. whistling.gif

Is it restore via external drive option within the blue screen menu?

And the file size very big ah?

if your blue screen is too frequently showing. sometime is RAM faulty. sometime is your file harddisk corrupted.
could be many reason. if you unsure what your actual problem. you better send it to shop and let them check for you ya.

ram faulty is rare but possible.

high chance is windows 10 file update corrupted. so...file size is about 6 or 7 gb. you need a 16 gb pendrive for windows 10 pendrive.

I tried plug in my old laptop hdd into this Asus laptop, it is able to boot up. But of cuz the interface and theme is based of the old laptop... So this means ram, cpu all is working right.
.
then you find a laptop that using your ram type. try it a few days, and see if okay? so, you see? troubleshooting need time. if you have free time then do it. if no time, then just let others to do. you just paid. this is saving your time
