if your blue screen is too frequently showing. sometime is RAM faulty. sometime is your file harddisk corrupted.
could be many reason. if you unsure what your actual problem. you better send it to shop and let them check for you ya.

ram faulty is rare but possible.

high chance is windows 10 file update corrupted. so...file size is about 6 or 7 gb. you need a 16 gb pendrive for windows 10 pendrive.

I tried plug in my old laptop hdd into this Asus laptop, it is able to boot up. But of cuz the interface and theme is based of the old laptop... So this means ram, cpu all is working right.

Hi, what does your Blue screen error exactly display? There should be an error listed at the bottom. Does your windows freeze completely when you are in the desktop?

Can't rmb the exact code
Its something like system error

Then switch off, then switch on it automatically initiate auto repair, but failed.
Then I click (advanced) button, i am unable to launch command prompt at all, it just freezes there.. Unable to click restore, freezes as well

Every single time I switch off and then on, it will be the blue screen

TS, your existing Windows installation is gone. Accept the fact.

Your wprkfiles may still be salvaged, provided the disk itself haven't corrupted where they are stored and referenced.

Now your action is to have a new Windows installed, most probably into a new disk, and then to copy out your existing files from the old disk to new.

As much as possible, refrain from using your old disk to prevent more corruption to it.

If you don't know how to do it, then don't. It's one thing doing it for learning. But now it sounds like you are in recovery mode, there is no room for leisure cuba try test uji pandu. Hire the pro in shop to do it.

It does not even sound that you are capable of creating a Windows installation USB. Skip the learning curve for now. Hire a shop.

Actually since you mentioned trying another drive works with the computer means your hardware is probably good. This could be Windows because I had the same issue lately, what solved for me was updating the bios and windows and no more freezing/bsod.
If I was in your shoes I'd try to boot in safe mode and backup / save the crucial work files then do a clean installation of windows 10. You tried that yet?

i feel like the issue lies on the brand
last time i use HP...alot of problem...gave up...move to desktop

but after years of desktop and lazy to clean...i move back to laptop
but now i got myself a used dell XPS...no problem at all
now have a spare lenovo thinkpad T440...also no problem
avoid acer, asus, HP..etc etc...pay a little bit more and get reliability
*
So dell and Lenovo recommended?

Not trying to beat you down when you are already down.
It's just not worth the try and error step-by-step. Even with a new disk, you'll have to physically install it - if you didn't hire shop - then preparing the USB drive - where are you going to find another working Windows to do so? -then few hours of waiting for Windows to be installed - and the drivers for your specific machine have to be hunted down - and then recovering files from your old disks.

It's just too much for a newbie - and our patience - if through this forum as instruction medium.

I'm just worried you will want your work files so I suggested but if you have a backup somewhere that's good.

You can reinstall windows with a usb. If you have another pc right, download windows 10 iso tool and then stick a usb it will do the work for you creating the bootable stick.
Plug that usb into your laptop and change the boot option (just spam f11) the second you power on and then select the usb, you can't miss it.
And then it's straight forward.

If you really want to salvage your work files right, you can plug this hard drive you are using into another PC and then from there collect or salvage whatever necessary.

Just uninstall the latest update and try again. Very common with W10. Every few months I have to do this.
