Not really. But cheapest marine species is siakap and cheapest fresh water is tilapia . The more common ones la.

Don't talk about keli or sea catfish. Those no value and nobody eat 1.

Expensive fish is see which region u stay. In terenganu , the ma yau sometime more expensive than kerapu batu depending season.

In Klang valley, all fish also expensive except plastic ornament fish .

In jb I think har bou / slipper prawn cheap like shit while the rest in northern states slipper prawn expensive like fark.
