I never had an issue in the past to connect to this site, but now, it seems both Firefox and Chrome on Unifi is unable to get there.

On my mobile data (not Unifi), I am able to get there (actually go to their US version), but it seems on Unifi connection, I just cannot.

They have put a redirect from iherb.com to my.iherb.com and somehow, my browsers keep saying unable to establish connection.....

Is this a Unifi problem or a problem with iHerb themselves? (Stupid tech people messing up).

I noticed few weeks ago, I could go to their site, but not their my.iherb.com which was already invalid.

But they did not redirect back then.

Now they are forcing all Malaysian traffic to https://my.iherb.com Even if you go specifically to https://www.iherb.com

And for this, Unifi line cannot connect!

Have you even gone to iherb yourself with Unifi?

I cannot even go to the iherb Malaysia version even with Celcom and I tried with different device also same thing.

It is just refusing to go there.

I don't know whose fault is this. iHerb or Malaysia internet.

Maybe Malaysia is blocking the Malaysian version of iHerb?

Because when I tried with a VPN on my mobile, it can go.

But without VPN, even my Celcom mobile data also cannot go. It simply shows me missing file/directory........

And you better check your other websites which potentially have been blocked by Unifi or Maxis/Celcom/Malaysian ISP/telcos.........

Last few months, they probably started this mass block.

Today I found out. Because a few other websites which I thought were taken down, are actually still running. But on Malaysian connection, they are showing up as "gone" (blocked).

So what is the problem if you can go to iHerb.com and not my.iHerb.com?

The problem is when you want to buy something, and you have to change your currency to MYR.....then the website will redirect you to the MY version. And this is when you get the problem!

I am sure others buy from iHerb over here, otherwise iHerb would not go to the extent of setting up a "Malaysian version".

The PROBLEM which is dawning on me, is our bodoh Malaysian gomen has probably blocked them!

Anyone here????? doh.gif doh.gif doh.gif

Try going to https://my.iherb.com (if you can).

Just tried on mobile.

Yes not accessible without VPN. Seems like our government has blocked that website.

Delete all the cookies from Iherb in your browser's
settings.

Open the US site again.

Change the currency setting on top to USD,
or Sterling.

That's what I do everytime. (I hate the listings
at local currency.)

You don't need local currency to order from there.

Or download the app on your mobile.

You can also use UC browser to go there on your
phone, which users its own DNS servers.

Anyway, every tom, dick and harry is ordering from
Iherb these days. That's why the pharmacist at the
airport is specially targeting those supplements
coming from there.

Switch to other suppliers like -

Vitacost (pay a bit more for shipping)

Betterlife.com

Naturesbest.co.uk, or any of the many online health
food stores in the UK

iHerb site block and I tested Google DNS. It was working
1. Go to the Control Panel.
2. Click Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center > Change adapter settings.
3. Select the connection for which you want to configure Google Public DNS. For example:

To change the settings for an Ethernet connection, right-click the Ethernet interface and select Properties.
To change the settings for a wireless connection, right-click the Wi-Fi interface and select Properties.
If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

4. Select the Networking tab. Under This connection uses the following items, select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) or Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) and then click Properties.

5. Click Advanced and select the DNS tab. If there are any DNS server IP addresses listed there, write them down for future reference, and remove them from this window.

6. Click OK.

7. Select Use the following DNS server addresses. If there are any IP addresses listed in the Preferred DNS server or Alternate DNS server, write them down for future reference.

8. Replace those addresses with the IP addresses of the Google DNS servers:

For IPv4: 8.8.8.8 and/or 8.8.4.4.
For IPv6: 2001:4860:4860::8888 and/or 2001:4860:4860::8844.
For IPv6-only: you can use Google Public DNS64 instead of the IPv6 addresses in the previous point.
9. Test that your setup is working correctly; see Test your new settings.

10. Repeat the procedure for additional network connections you want to change.

Skynet service is good for receiving the shipment
